While I didn't get extensions during my visit, I did get highlights, haircut and styled by Emily. She listened to what I wanted, did a fabulous job with my color and was so friendly.

They are amazing! I highly recommend them. My hair was thinning but it looks amazing now! The color match was perfect and I love my hair again!

I had the best customer service ever. From the receptionist (I don’t remember her name) to Caitlin that did my hair. It was my first time having tape ins and it was beyond my expectations. Caitlin is absolutely fabulous!! I am always one for doing something wild with my hair, but she knew more about what I wanted before I did. We did what they ended up naming an "aquatic goddess" look. My extensions were "tape-in" and she blended them so well no one even knew I had them. They just looked natural! I've been sick since the beginning of 2018 so I lost a lot of hair due to all my meds. After lots of research, I decided I wanted to try keratin extensions to try to fill in my hair. I've never had extensions before (except the clip-ins for my wedding), so I was a little nervous at first, especially... since I have naturally curly hair. Caitlin walked me through everything I needed to do, and the girls at the front desk were awesome to answer any of my questions when I called. I told Caitlin I wanted the most keratin extensions possible, so she matched my hair, and did 30% of the extensions in an off shade to add some natural highlights to my hair. When I arrived for my appointment she was ready to go and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She gave me a great shampoo to make sure my hair was super clean, then she dried my hair and got to work. I was worried that they'd be too heavy, or that it would be difficult to sleep. I have to say, it's a little heavier, but nothing like I imagined... I thought my head was going to feel weighed down and that's not the case. I purchased a satin sleep cap which definitely helped keep my hair from going all over when I sleep. When I saw my finished hair I was amazed at how natural it looked! I was originally going to cut it down to be shorter, but I think I like the long look and will keep it for awhile. I can't say enough good things about Caitlin! I feel fantastic, and I'm already getting lots of compliments on my hair! read more
